Use Huios with honesty, dignity, and care

These terms describe the rules for accounts, subscriptions, content, and community participation. They match the terms shown inside the app.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining control of your device and login methods, and activity performed through your account. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses subscription or safety controls.

Spiritual wellness, not professional care

Huios provides Christian devotional, prayer, meditation, fasting, sleep, and community content. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding, or emergency advice. Do not delay professional care because of app content. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Subscriptions

Prices, trial eligibility, taxes, billing periods, renewal, and cancellation are confirmed by Apple or Google before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store. Deleting Huios or your account does not itself cancel an active store subscription.

Community conduct

Do not threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, or target people based on protected characteristics.
Do not post sexual exploitation, graphic violence, private information, spam, scams, dangerous instructions, or content that encourages self-harm.
Do not use prayer, prophecy, spiritual authority, fasting, or group leadership to coerce money, intimacy, secrecy, medical decisions, or personal control.
Respect blocks, friendship boundaries, prayer-group rules, and moderator decisions.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Huios a limited worldwide license to host, display, transmit, moderate, and back up that content only as needed to operate and protect the service. You must have the right to share what you post.

Enforcement and availability

Huios may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve report evidence and decision history, or report serious threats where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity. Safety records may be retained after account deletion for the period described in the privacy notice. Features may change, pause, or end, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
